What’s a Woo Girl?
“Woo Girl” is a fun and silly term for the ladies out and about in Downtown Nashville. When we both first moved to Nashville, we fell in love with the fashions and fun-spirit of those enjoying everything Nashville has to offer. We love celebrating those who are loving life. While “woo girl” is the term that has been dubbed- anyone can be a woo girl. We love and accept everyone, and everyone is a Woo Girl is our hearts!
How do I know what size hat to order?
SMALL: 21 ½ - 21 ⅞ inches (6 ⅞ - 7)
MEDIUM: 22 ¼ - 23 inches (7 ⅛ - 7 ¼ )
LARGE: 23 ⅛ - 23 ½ inches (7 ⅜ - 7 ½)
ONE SIZE: 22 ¼ - 23 inches (7 ⅛ - 7 ¼ )

It’s important to measure your head before ordering so you get the right size. Hats should feel snug, but not tight. Have someone help so your measurement is accurate.
Wrap a tape measure around your head 1-2 fingers above your eyebrow and 1-2 fingers above your ear. Take the measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch and then refer to the sizing guide to find your hat size.

All of our hats are made right here in the heart of Nashville, TN <3
All Woo Girl hats are hand-crafted out of a high quality Gamusa (suede) fabric
Do you offer local pickup or delivery in the Nashville-area?
Why yes we do, Woo Girl 😊 If you are located in Downtown Nashville, the Gulch, or East Nashville then we are happy to coordinate the best way to get your hat to you. Keep in mind that our hats are created once your order is placed, so even if you are in town- it could still take us 0-3 days to make your hat.
If you are outside of the Metro Nashville area, we are happy to ship your hat to you via UPS. And yes, all of our hats are packaged and shipped out with lots of love!
Can I make any changes to my hat order after I’ve placed my order?
If you accidentally made an error during the order process- whether it was ordering the wrong style, size, or color- please email us immediately at email@example.com
Let us know what happened, and we will do our best to accommodate- but can’t make any guarantees, as we have to make sure we have the other item in stock or that we caught it in time!
Remember- with custom orders, this item is custom and created just for you. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for customized hats. Once you’ve placed a custom order we are not able to change the hat design, hat style, or size.
How should I care for my hat?
We are proud to say that our hats are made with high-quality ingredients, and have proven to us to withstand many a night out on the town here in Nashville, TN. Regardless, the hats should be handled and transported with care. When traveling, Malia loves to wear the hat on her head while Allison typically has a special bag for safe keeping. Each hat comes with a special duster bag (and we still recommend keeping it inside of the plastic bag it comes with to prevent any snagging).
What if I don’t see a hat color or trim style that I want?
Sometimes we offer special editions, or limited runs of hats, but let us know if there’s something you want on your hat, and we can see if it can be accommodated! Sometimes we have random things in stock, and sometimes it’s as easy as specially ordering it. We can’t make any guarantees, but if you can dream it, we can see if we can do it!
